-
Please read all policies prior to your first class, especially regarding attire, behavior, booking, waitlists and no shows.
-
Be ready to explore a whole new side of yourself!
Proper Attire & Hygiene

-
It is important to wear proper attire for pole classes. Skin to pole contact is crucial especially as your pole journey progresses. Proper attire options include:
-
Dance or athletic shorts or briefs
-
Leggings can be appropriate if the class does not include climbing the pole or require lower body points of contact with the pole.
-
Sports bra, athletic top or tank top
-
Pole specific dancewear
-
Warm up layers are encouraged during warm up, then should be removed for the remainder of class
-
Footwear for most classes is: bare foot or socks, and for appropriate classes pole heels can be worn.
-
Knee pads are important for the safety and comfort
-
-
NO Lotions, fragrances, powders of any kind are to be worn, as they interfere with skin-to-pole contact and grip, resulting in a safety hazard.
-
NO jewelry of any kind should be worn for safety reasons and to protect our poles and equipment.

-
All classes are booked on our app, which will be set up when you enroll.
-
We recommend students opt in for notifications to receive text/email updates.
-
Students are responsible for keeping track of booked and waitlisted classes.
-
Please make every effort to attend the classes you book! We want to give all members a chance to get into class!
-
There is a 6 hour cancellation policy for canceling classes. If you do not plan to attend a class, you should remove yourself prior to 6 hours before, or a $15 cancellation fee will apply and the class credit will be forfeited.
-
For Private Lessons, you must give 24 hours notice to cancel, or the lesson will be forfeited.

Waitpool:
-
You may see Waitpools when booking classes. This means the class is full, and you will be in the “holding room” for a chance to book the class should someone drop the class.
-
If someone drops from a full class, the app will notify the Waitpool that there is an open spot.
-
The first person to respond from the Waitpool will fill the opening in class.
-
Our cancellation policy still applies to Waitpool: If you cancel from class after getting in from the Waitpool, the 6 hour cancellation policy is in effect.
Booking, Cancellations & Waitlists

-

-
If you anticipate being late to class, please send a text to the studio’s line at 603-205-0010. It is at the discrepancy of the instructor to allow you to participate in class.

A late arrival text is not the same as a need to cancel text. Please read cancellation info above.
-
-
For safety reasons, you will not be allowed to join the class more than 5 minutes past start time. You will be considered a no-show and subject to no-show policies.
