Muse Mechanics is our progressive level system that will build your strength, control, and pole foundations through structured, intentional training.

With a strong focus on strength, form, control and skill development, you will move safely through clearly defined levels... while having way more fun than you ever expected.

Classes may be offered as both Open/Drop-In and Series

Muse Fit classes are your behind-the-scenes powerhouse, designed to build strength, mobility, and control so you can progress faster through our levels with power and confidence.

Muse in Motion is where your technique transforms into movement. Take what you have learned in Muse Mechanics and turn it into art using fluidity, musicality and expression.
