1. Use of Website

You agree to use the Muse website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

2. Booking, Payments & Refunds

Booking

All classes, series, memberships, workshops, and parties must be booked through our approved booking platform.

Payments

Payments must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods as provided by our booking system.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• Class cancellations must follow the cancellation window outlined on our booking platform.

• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of class credits.

• Workshops, parties, series, and special events may have separate cancellation policies.

 

3. Memberships & Class Packs

Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-sharable.

Membership Terms

By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the billing cycle, minimum commitment, and cancellation policy provided at the time of purchase.

Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Pole dance, fitness training, and related activities involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks.

By participating in any Muse class, event, private lesson, or activity, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

• You have consulted a physician regarding your ability to participate or have chosen to participate without such consultation.

• Muse and its instructors, employees, and owners are not liable for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses arising from participation.

A full waiver is required to be signed before attending your first class.

5. Studio Policies

All participants must follow studio rules, including:

• Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students.

• Proper use of equipment.

• No use of lotions or oils prior to pole classes.

• Wearing appropriate attire for safety.

• No jewelry of any kind should be worn.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who poses a safety risk or disrupts the environment.

 

6. Age Requirements

Muse offers classes for adults and minors as specified:

• Adult classes are typically 18+ unless otherwise noted.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, class descriptions, and digital materials, is the property of Muse Pole Dance & Fitness and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
